Millions of people, in the UK, are suffering in silence, with the devastating aftermath of rape and sexual violence.
Only a small percentage ever report this to the police. This is mainly due to feelings of shame, embarrassment and humiliation. Be your own inspiration byoi is dedicated to removing the stigma and taboo surrounding rape and sexual assault, creating a community that is passionate about helping one another to cope with those feelings and providing as much information as we can get our hands on and presenting it in an easy to understand way.
